Matt Starbuck - Director
Growing up on a 1200 hectare family farm only 50 kms North of Melbourne has given Matt the core values and tools that he applies to so many aspect to professional projects, business, business relationships and my personal life. With the family also running a successfully established earthmoving business out of the property as well, it educated Matt at a very early age the importance of a genuine hard days’ work never goes unrewarded. Combining this with honest country values of respect and that any job is achievable, it is easy to see from the outset that this genuine up-bringing is included into not only each project, but the individuals involved around Matts work, hence his great importance for Team Unity.
Matt’s experience on the farm and working on and in machinery led him into engineering and welding. Before long his thirst for knowledge had him travelling around not only greater parts of his beloved Victoria but around Australia for specialised clients
Jarrod Dillon - Senior Estimator / Operations Manager
With 25 years industry experience Jarrod brings an extensive range of skills, knowledge and expertise to our company. Coming from a Carpentry background and then moving to Fit Outs and being involved in all aspects of Fit Out Construction.
Experience in Site Work, Site Management, Project Management, Staff Management, Estimating, Sales and Cabinet Making.
With a long list of projects in his resume Jarrod has worked on all types of Interior Fit Outs including Offices, Retail, Cafes, Restaurants, Warehouse, Beauty Salons, Medical Centres and Hotels.
Jarrod endeavours to make each individual project an enjoyable experience for both his team and the client and prides himself on delivering quality work on time.

Soon enough, opportunities had arisen over several sectors, including scaffolding, construction and Shopfitting, all of which came with it managerial expectation and leadership. Never being one to struggle with confidence or endeavour, Matt’s natural leadership skills were summoned further for Project Management roles; co-ordinating varied trades for extremely tight schedules are for definitely a “unique breed”.
Culminating in some highly successful and loudly appraised projects of the highest order, Matt has turned these endeavours and successes into some pure business concepts, discovering how difficult it can be to locate honest tradesman with genuine skill, but whom also have a multi-skilled base to accommodate different situations on and off site.
